Prepare your supporting information and documents 

Before you apply, you should prepare your supporting information and documents. This includes a personal statement and copies of degree certificates but may also include things like references. The required documents are listed below. 

Submitting a complete and accurate application 

Before you submit your application, you should make sure that all your information is complete and accurate.  

You should make sure that everything you have included does not contain false or misleading information.

Admission and scholarship allocation: 

Admission is based on a consolidated ranking (file + interview).  
Each intake must include 15 to 25 students.  
Available EMJM scholarships are awarded strictly on merit and available funding. 
Seats are also available for self-funded students. The tuition fees are €4,500 per year. 

Decisions are fully documented, communicated in writing, and managed through a main list and a reserve list, ensuring procedural transparency and traceability. All admitted students receive an official acceptance and must sign the Student Agreement prior to enrolment.

Erasmus Mundus Scholarships application 

A few Erasmus Mundus Scholarships are available for each edition and will be awarded to top-performing candidates ranking among the 24 selected students, based on excellence criteria. 

While applying for entry to this program through this application, you automatically apply for a chance getting awarded of an Erasmus Mundus if you qualify for it. To clarify, while applying, you apply both, to Self-funding seat and Scholarship holder seat. You can withdraw from any offered position in the program after the results are given.  

General Application procedure :

Step 1.               Register and create a personal account (for new applicants) or reuse your id & password to create a new application.

Step 2.               Answer honestly to the MCQ related to the program teaching topics

Step 3.               Contact your referee for the recommendation letter to upload.

Step 4.               Fill in the form with requested information. In Referees section, take special care to correctly type your referee(s) email contact. Systematic control will be carried out to check the trueness of the recommendation. If we cannot reach your referee, your recommendation letter will be discarded and may alter the eligibility of your application.

Step 5.               Upload all required documents. Any missing or non-compliant document(s) could invalidate your application and make it ineligible.
Submitting your file with incorrect documents could also make it ineligible.

Step 6.               Submit your file by clicking on the Submit button

Once application folder is submitted take notice of following process steps:

Ö Take good notice that each stage passing failure is eliminatory. 

• Your application folder is queued for eligibility and compliance screening.

• If your application is eligible, then it goes to experts’ assessment process stage 2.

• The best 100 ranked applicants (+ or – 10% depending on final number of candidates in assessment stage) are listed for interviews stage 3 and receiving an invitation email to book an interview slot accordingly.

We will keep you informed throughout the selection process, but you can note following agenda :

(dates might be subject to change slightly depending on the final number of applications)

1. January to February: Eligibility verification period.

2. February to March: Eligible applications assessment.

3. Mid-March: Interviews for listed applicants.

4. Mid-April: Shortlist selection results

France Excellence Eiffel Scholarships application 

The IDOH Next consortium keeps selecting students for France Excellence Eiffel Scholarships for the 2027 entry edition.
The call for applications for the France Excellence Eiffel Scholarship program is open until January 6, 2027, and exclusively French higher education institutions can apply for supporting selected candidates.

The Eiffel Excellence Scholarship Program was established by the French Ministry for Europe and Foreign Affairs to enable French higher education institutions to attract top foreign students to enroll in their masters programs.

It gives opportunity to the future foreign decision-makers of the private and public sectors, in priority areas of study, and encourages applicants from foreign countries up to 29 years old at master’s level.

IMPORTANT NOTICE: your application for an Eiffel Scholarships must be sent to master-emjmd-idoh@univ-tours.fr before 2026, December 7th and cannot be made through this portal.

·         Opening of the call for applications: October 1, 2026

·         Deadline for the reception of applications by Campus France:  January 6, 2027 included.

·         Publication of results: from the 30th of March, 2027

·         The management of the France Excellence Eiffel Scholarship program is entrusted to Campus France.
